HOME SAFETY EXAMINATION
We offer a multi room 125-point home examination that includes the exterior and interior of the home. Including all bedrooms, living area, dining area, kitchen, laundry, bathrooms, storage and garage areas! We offer consulting for decreasing fall risks noted in the home through prevention education. We consult by providing recommendations for simple home modifications to decrease fall risks and make living at home easier. Our home examinations are thorough and includes written report of what was completed and is discussed with you and/or your caregiver.

This is the important part! By having the correct education you can greatly reduce your risk of falling. According to the American Journal of Lifestyle Medicine the number of falls, injuries and death will continue to rise along with medial costs unless effective strategies for fall prevention are implemented.

Due to COVID-19, we are now offering phone consultations providing safety modifications and education via phone call!! If you do not wish to have a home visit at this time, CALL US TODAY! We talk with you or your caregiver regarding appropriate home set up/modifications and decreasing fall risks. So, whether your loved one is at home or leaving a nursing facility call us. We provide in depth information on home safety set up.

FALLS ARE NOT A NORMAL PART OF AGING! MOST FALLS ARE PREVENTABLE! MAKING YOUR HOME SAFER CAN HELP KEEP YOU INDEPENDENT LONGER! Education with simple home modifications can help reduce your fall risk. Have a professional discuss effective strategies that best suites you and your home. We can suggest modifications to make living at home safer! Better lighting, night lights at appropriate places, non slip pads are just a few simple changes you may encounter.

1.What does your home safety check cover?
We offer a multi room 125-point home examination that includes the exterior and interior of the home. Including all bedrooms, living area, dining area, kitchen, laundry, bathrooms, storage and garage areas! See Home Safety Examination Above.
2. How can I pay for services?
You can pay by cash, credit or debit card after services are completed. An invoice of your bill will be provided to either you or your caregiver.
3. What is the cancellation policy?
You must cancel your scheduled home visit appointment or phone consultation up to 48 hours in advance at no cost. If you do not cancel before this time you will be charged for the service you scheduled at full cost.
